As a CTS Engineer, you will work directly with airline customers and engine overhaul facilities, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to address in-service events, hardware issues, and technical challenges.
Responsibilities
- Implement corrective action for engine-related in-service events and hardware issues identified during overhaul.
- Support Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facilities to resolve work-stops during teardown and reassembly of engines.
- Assist airlines in resolving Aircraft on the Ground (AOG) situations and coordinate resolution of service issues.
- Initiate technical data development for engine/module piece part inspection and update Engine Manuals (EM) and Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM).
- Coordinate with the technical publication organization (MDE) to provide direction for all technical publications related to hardware.
- Interface with Airbus by providing design, operation, maintenance, and customer service data.
- Coordinate resolution on hardware investigations (Customer Part Returns - CPRs).
- Resolve Quality Notifications (QNs).
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (required).
- 8+ years of engineering experience, or 5+ years with an advanced degree.
- U.S. citizenship (required).

Pay
The salary range for this role is $107,500 – $204,500 USD. The final offer considers factors such as role, function, responsibilities, work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
