About the role

This position is located in Roy, UT supporting the Sentinel program. The selected candidate will perform technical planning, provide electrical and/or mechanical equipment design process guidance, manage PDP schedule and performance, and support design reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with stress, EEE, design, test, and other teams
  • Conduct CPLM Tech Lead reviews on PDPs
  • Coordinate with other teams
  • Apply technical standards principles
  • Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems
  • Operate in a team environment and collaborate across the program as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent STEM related discipline from an accredited university with 5 years of relevant experience, 3 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree, or 0 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • 3 years of electrical engineering experience in at least two of the following fields: electrical architecture, power system and power equipment design, development and test of mixed signal circuits, interface definition (internal and/or external), or power distribution
  • Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance, at time of application, current and within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years
  • Proven track record of releasing design on time
  • Experience leading projects/assignments
  • Experience projecting future work scope and meeting schedule
  • Experience reviewing and coordinating PDP work between multiple design engineers
  • Experience designing PDPs to meet system requirements
  • Experience working with Vendor Item Control Drawings (VICDs) & Source Control Drawings (SCDs)

Pay

$98,400.00 - $147,600.00

Schedule

The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
