Principal Engineer - Data and AI

About the role

The role holder will:

• Produce options analysis and propose technical decisions for complex problems
• Hands-on engineer beta / poc versions of GenAI solutions
• Demonstrate output to senior stakeholders
• Participate in Scaled Agile ceremonies to enable the AI engineering teams

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate has:

• Deep expertise in GenAI, AgenticAI, AI ML
• Technical guidance and mentoring for a global community of engineers and technical architects
• Ability to lead and deliver targeted Proofs of Concept and use cases in a short span of time
• Scaled agile or similar framework experience
• Financial services experience

Pay

Minimum: $ 200,000
Maximum: $ 280,000
