Principal Engineer, Customer Engineering

Responsibilities

• Arcitect complex end-to-end integration solutions across various enterprise systems
• Design data pipelines to enable real-time supply chain data flow
• Create AI-powered workflows that enhance customer operations
• Build and optimize microservices architectures and maintain APIs for integration
• Define reusable integration patterns for scalability across customer implementations
• Mentor engineering teams through reviews and collaboration sessions

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software engineering, data engineering, or solutions architecture in customer-facing roles
• Strong hands-on coding skills and experience with data pipeline design
• Deep expertise in messaging infrastructures like Kafka or RabbitMQ at enterprise scale
• Proficient in both REST and GraphQL API development with knowledge of API governance
• Experience with AI tools and frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain in logistics contexts
• Hands-on microservices architecture and cloud deployment experience on platforms like AWS or Azure
• 3+ years in logistics and understanding of supply chain data flows
