About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Technical Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of AI systems
• Develop end-to-end GenAI features, focusing on APIs and model integrations
• Optimize LLMs for business planning tasks through prompt engineering
• Create conversational interfaces for accessible planning workflows
• Implement frameworks to evaluate and enhance GenAI feature quality
• Design APIs to connect AI functionalities with the company’s platform
• Enhance model inference pipelines for performance and scalability
• Monitor and log GenAI systems to track performance and issues

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
• Proven track record in end-to-end model lifecycle development
• Deep expertise in LLM APIs and conversational AI
• Experience in deploying and fine-tuning LLMs for specific business applications
• Proficient in MLOps and ensuring scalable, reliable model deployments
• Strong programming skills in Python and modern software practices
• Exposure to autonomous agent architectures

Pay

$130,000 – $180,000 annually
