Responsibilities
- Apply your analog and power electronics expertise to innovate in areas such as power supply design, linear circuits, thermal management, circuit noise reduction, EMI mitigation, and compliance with global standards.
- Contribute in a hands-on environment. Drive PCB design, simulation, prototyping, and analysis of Lutron products throughout the product development cycle.
- Leverage Lutron’s quality philosophies and state-of-the-art test lab to ensure high quality in a customer-centric culture.
- Collaborate across disciplines (RF, mechanical engineering, embedded software, manufacturing, supply chain, business) to develop Lutron’s next generation lighting control solutions.
- Innovate in many product categories, including dimmers, switches, sensors, smart home products, and wireless controls.
- Engage Lutron suppliers to identify electronics technology to drive Lutron innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of industry experience in analog circuits and power electronics design and development.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for all degrees earned.
- Proven understanding of analog circuits, physics fundamentals, and power electronics.
- Embedded programming experience is a plus.
- Hands-on attitude and proven work ethic.
