About the Role
Drive AI-enabled DevOps by integrating Generative AI tools into the SDLC for code generation, testing, incident analysis, and productivity improvements. Support scalable AI-enabled platform capabilities, including prompt management, usage monitoring, and observability.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-based application environments across AWS and GCP to support scalable, high-availability software applications; contribute to Kubernetes-based deployments and environment configuration to support development and testing workflows.
- Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks to improve software quality, deployment efficiency, and system reliability.
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate automated testing, performance testing, and security validation into continuous integration and delivery processes.
- Design and execute load, performance, reliability, and regression testing strategies for distributed and cloud-native applications.
- Participate in defining service reliability metrics, including service-level objectives (SLOs), service-level indicators (SLIs), and incident response procedures to improve application stability.
- Conduct root-cause analysis of production defects and performance issues and implement improvements to testing frameworks, automation coverage, and deployment processes.
- Implement security and compliance validation mechanisms within DevOps pipelines, including vulnerability scanning and automated quality gates.
- Evaluate system performance and resource utilization and recommend optimizations to improve application efficiency and reduce operational risks.
- Contribute to architectural design discussions for core platforms and services, providing input from a software quality, performance, and reliability perspective.
- Mentor junior engineers on test automation, CI/CD practices, performance engineering, and cloud-based testing methodologies.
- Partner with engineering leadership to improve testing standards, automation maturity, and overall software development lifecycle processes.
