Responsibilities
- Decide where AWS invests agent-driven builds
- Define what a great agent experience looks like across the portfolio
- Turn insights into content, standards, and product direction that service teams adopt
- Work hands-on where it matters and lead through influence everywhere else
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience
- Knowledge of and experience with cloud infrastructure technologies
- Experience writing high-quality technical content for technical audiences
- Hands-on experience building with AI coding agents and agentic tooling
- Ability to influence product and engineering teams
Qualifications
- Established credibility in a developer community through open source, speaking, or a technical following

Base salary range: $164,200.00 - $287,400.00 USD annually
