- Drive developer/vendor accountability to AWS standards, specifications, and delivery timelines.
- Leverage deep knowledge of data center power and cooling infrastructure to evaluate designs, identify risks, and ensure deliverables meet technical requirements.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to develop, document, and implement a repeatable, scalable delivery process, including best‑practice playbooks, templates, and SOPs.
- Identify process gaps and inefficiencies, translate lessons learned into standardized improvements, and drive adoption of standardized workflows, reporting frameworks, and delivery milestones.
- Develop and implement standardized change management protocols to minimize disruption and maintain delivery commitments.
- Engage internal stakeholders (legal, finance, construction, operations) to align development execution with AWS’s long‑term growth objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with colocation providers, developers, and third‑party partners to ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery.
