About the role
This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $228,000 – $342,000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for the company developer community across diverse channels
- Develop solutions to meet user needs and inspire secure engineering practices
- Gather and synthesize community feedback into actionable insights
- Analyze and prioritize engagement channels for increased product awareness
- Represent the company at major developer conferences and events
- Build training tools and guidelines to enhance community engagement across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technical roles (software engineering, developer advocacy, etc.)
- 5+ years in public-facing advocacy roles for developers
- Experience managing complex community situations with empathy and judgment
- Proven collaboration with partners on technical integrations
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills across multiple formats
- Established credibility with a large technical audience
