What You'll Do

• Product Design the next generation of AI-forward workflow and automation tools
• Define and drive design strategy for products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs
• Lead design initiatives, mentor designers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding design solutions
• Play a critical role in shaping the design direction of our products and ensuring that our user experiences are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with our business goals
• Elevate the visual design of the products you support
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and execute design solutions that meet project requirements and timelines

What You'll Bring To The Team

• 8+ years of product design experience
• Bachelor's degree in product design, communication design, or equivalent
• Experience designing with AI tools like Claude Code or Codex
• Highly proficient in Figma
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to engage successfully with many different stakeholders and product leaders
• Solid understanding of cross platform design systems and technical frameworks
• Project management skills to prioritize design needs and ensure successful project completion
