Compensation: $207,920 – $259,900 annually.

About the role

This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with people leaders, finance, and executive stakeholders to align rewards programs with business needs and employee experience. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead proactive sourcing and engagement initiatives for design talent across varied platforms.
  • Drive recruitment across senior and executive design roles within Product and Brand Design.
  • Evaluate senior-level candidate portfolios with a focus on quality and collaborative skills.
  • Collaborate with high-level design leaders to establish hiring standards and team strategies.
  • Manage executive-level hiring processes, including in-depth portfolio assessments.
  • Consult with hiring managers and stakeholders on recruiting tactics and pipeline health.
  • Maintain organized and accurate candidate data within recruitment systems.
  • Drive the continual enhancement of recruiting practices, focusing on inclusivity and candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in executing a comprehensive recruiting strategy and talent mapping beyond individual searches.
  • Expertise in executive-level offer management and negotiation, particularly regarding compensation models and equity.
  • Strong capability in mentoring other recruiters and enhancing the quality of hires.
  • Adept at collaborating with senior leadership to address complex hiring challenges and refine candidate profiles.
  • Experience in shaping and improving organizational interview processes while training other recruiting team members.
  • Data-oriented with a focus on metrics such as time-to-fill, capable of balancing multiple concurrent searches.
  • Hands-on experience recruiting across various design roles, specializing in assessing design portfolios.
