About the role
This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Technical Services environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of advanced ML and DL models for complex business challenges
- Drive innovation in Timeseries Forecasting and enhance predictive planning capabilities
- Architect and implement Generative AI solutions utilizing LLMs and Transformer architectures
- Design and integrate Conversational AI interfaces for autonomous user experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition AI models to production systems
- Mentor data scientists and engineers to maintain technical excellence and best practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in AI or ML fields
- Experienced in end-to-end model lifecycle development, including training and deployment
- Deep understanding of LLM APIs and conversational AI
- Expertise in fine-tuning LLMs for enterprise applications
- Proficient in Python and modern software development practices, including CI/CD
- Solid background in traditional ML and DL techniques, particularly Timeseries Forecasting
- Extensive MLOps experience for scalable model deployments
