About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Data Centers to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $300,000 – $300,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Leverage external relationships to identify and develop prospects and a robust pipeline
• Demonstrate leadership within industry organizations to promote JLL's capabilities
• Understand JLL's offerings and expand client share by partnering with leaders
• Build relationships with external RFP consultants to enhance business engagement
• Lead teams in developing outsourcing solutions that meet client needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated value to clients
• Conduct comprehensive discovery processes to uncover client priorities and needs

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in sales executive roles or business development leadership
• Expertise in outsourcing solutions, preferably within commercial real estate
• Proven success in closing deals and developing profitable opportunities
• Experience utilizing structured sales processes like Miller Heiman and Salesforce
• Strong relationships in the Commercial Real Estate sector, demonstrating credibility
• High emotional intelligence to manage client relationships effectively
