Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on leader to drive our HR data science and AI strategy, building scalable analytics and intelligent automation solutions across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI & Automation: Design and scale AI-driven HR solutions, including chatbot/agent capabilities that automate HR service delivery and workflows
  • People Analytics: Lead Workday-based analytics and reporting, delivering actionable insights on headcount, attrition, recruiting, and workforce planning
  • Dashboarding: Develop and maintain executive-facing dashboards in Power BI
  • Data Strategy: Ensure data quality, governance, and integration across HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow, and enterprise platforms)
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner across HR and IT to translate business needs into scalable data and AI solutions
  • Innovation: Evaluate and apply emerging AI technologies to modernize HR operations

Qualifications

  • ~7 years in data science, analytics, or AI (HR/People Analytics preferred)
  • Strong expertise in Workday reporting, data models, and APIs
  • Experience building AI solutions or automation (chatbots, agents, workflows)
  • Advanced Power BI skills (data modeling, DAX, dashboards)
  • Proficiency in Python or similar tools
  • Experience with Foundry or similar AI platforms strongly preferred

Pay

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $126,183- $160,718. The salary range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
