Principal Cybersecurity Solutions Architect

About the role

Responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients in various IT areas including networking, collaboration, cybersecurity, data center management, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools.
• Assist in the deployment and troubleshooting of new IT solutions and equipment.
• Conduct regular security audits and implement best practices to enhance client security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions.
• Document issues and resolutions for future reference and training purposes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant IT support experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common IT software tools.
• Experience with network administration and cloud service providers is a plus.
