Principal Cybersecurity Architect Identity & Access Management for AI Systems

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary authority on AI identity security, guiding leadership and engineering teams
• Drive cross-functional strategy across cybersecurity and business units
• Represent the organization in external forums on AI security standards
• Define the long-term IAM architecture for AI systems and agents
• Oversee the full lifecycle for AI agents, from onboarding to decommissioning
• Ensure traceability and accountability for all autonomous agents
• Architect and enforce least privilege access patterns for AI workloads

Qualifications

• 12+ years in cybersecurity with a focus on IAM
• 7+ years in Principal/Senior Architect roles in large-scale enterprise or cloud environments
• Expert-level knowledge of AWS IAM, including roles and policies
• Proficiency with AWS Bedrock Identity/AgentCore frameworks
• Exceptional communication skills to convey technical risks to executives

Pay

$165,800 – $276,200 annually
