This role provides budgetary estimates for power systems for client and IT projects, and works with other architect teams to ensure power systems meet operational needs. It works with corporate real estate and land agents on site selection, specifying IT power needs in shared facilities. The position sets technical direction and operational feasibility of power system solutions that are part of IT network architecture and services standards, to meet clearly defined technical performance requirements. It evaluates the need for new power solutions, collaborates with the architect teams to create prototypes and standards, and acts as technical lead for critical facility team, engineering team, and project management teams implementing projects within the critical facility programs and client projects.
