Responsibilities
- Collecting, validating, and analyzing community reinvestment related data.
- Monitoring community development lending, investments, and services.
- Preparing regulatory reports and examination materials.
- Implementing processes and controls that ensure accurate tracking of community reinvestment eligible activities.
- Collaborating with business units to identify community development opportunities.
- Supporting outreach efforts with nonprofit organizations, community partners, and local stakeholders.

- Maintaining compliance with Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) requirements.
- Supporting strategies that promote community development and responsible banking practices.
- Monitoring regulatory requirements and emerging guidance.
