About the role
This role is responsible for owning and evolving the corporate narrative and messaging framework, ensuring consistency, relevance, and scalability across various regions, business segments, and channels.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the core narrative framework
- Develop, maintain, and evolve the core corporate messaging framework ("Message House") as the single source of truth for messaging pillars, value proposition, vision, and mission
- Update corporate narrative pillars and messaging to align with the current business environment
- Leverage AI to drive efficiency, consistency, and speed across narrative development
- Build scalable messaging architecture and toolkits
- Equip Sales and internal employees with tools to tell the company story accurately (e.g., battle cards, elevator pitches, messaging guides, training workshops)
- Coordinate with Communications to provide executives with curated talking points and materials for consistent delivery across internal and external engagements
- Drive content and messaging development for executive keynotes
- Cross-functional and regional partnership for alignment and adoption
- Work with regional marketing leads to ensure the corporate narrative is culturally relevant and locally adaptable while maintaining core brand integrity
- Consult and support cross-functional teams to ensure technology narratives and messaging are coordinated across marketing and communications efforts
- Work with market intelligence, corporate strategy, and business units to identify and keep updated key industry data points, business landscape, and differentiation for messaging
- Implement feedback mechanisms from the field (e.g., Sales) and the market (e.g., analysts, customers) to test and refine messaging effectiveness
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience marketing/communications functions in high-tech industries, driving messaging in a B2B technology environment, product marketing, or product management
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or English
- Strong business acumen and broad understanding of semiconductor industry trends and product/technology leadership
- Comfortable making high-impact decisions with incomplete or ambiguous information, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic objectives
- Proven track record to navigate a matrixed, large global organization
- Demonstrated portfolio of corporate or high-stakes narrative work
- Ability to work across multiple organizations to understand priorities and develop a compelling, coordinated story with supporting proof points
