Principal Consultant - System Project Engineering Services

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Principal Consultant to support the Florida SHOTS statewide immunization registry. The role focuses on InterSystems Cache development, healthcare interoperability, application modernization, technical leadership, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Florida SHOTS using InterSystems Cache.
• Design object-oriented applications and relational databases.
• Develop web applications and Cache WebLink integrations.
• Customize Soundex Software and SSA solutions.
• Develop HL7 interfaces and web services.
• Program using MUMPS, SQL, JavaScript and HTML.
• Support MPI/HIE initiatives.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts and testers.
• Troubleshoot production issues and recommend technical improvements.
• Prepare documentation and weekly status reports.
