About the role

As a Principal Consultant, Strategic Communications, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans that align with organizational goals. This includes crafting compelling narratives, managing media relations, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that enhance brand reputation and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop tailored communication solutions.
  • Manage media relations, including pitching stories to journalists and influencers, and responding to media inquiries.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of internal and external communications materials, ensuring consistency and impact.
  • Monitor and analyze communication metrics to inform continuous improvement of strategies and tactics.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in strategic communications.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful campaign execution and measurable results.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce compelling content for various audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with digital platforms and social media management is a plus.

Pay
