Principal Consultant – ServiceNow (FSO & IRM)

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Consultant - ServiceNow (FSO & IRM) to lead technical delivery and drive digital transformation initiatives for global banking and insurance clients. In this role, you will act as a bridge between enterprise architecture and execution, providing technical leadership to engineering teams while collaborating closely with client stakeholders to implement scalable Financial Services Operations (FSO) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of ServiceNow FSO and IRM solutions
• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to development teams
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
• Design and implement enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives
• Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, demos, and backlog grooming
• Ensure best practices across ServiceNow platform including governance, security, and performance

Technical Skills & Expertise

• Financial Services Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of Financial Services Operations (FSO) and Customer Service Management (CSM) data models
• IRM Expertise: Hands-on experience in Integrated Risk Management, Risk & Compliance, and Vendor Risk Management
• Programming & Development: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and REST/SOAP APIs
• ServiceNow Platform Knowledge: Advanced Understanding Of CSDM (Common Service Data Model), CMDB (Configuration Management Database), ITIL frameworks

Required Certifications (Mandatory)

• CIS - IRM (Certified Implementation Specialist - Integrated Risk Management)
• CIS - Risk and Compliance
• CIS - Vendor Risk Management

Domain Experience

• Experience in one or more of the following areas is required: Dispute Management, Treasury Operations, Loan Operations, Payment Processing

Preferred Skills

• Strong stakeholder communication and consulting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote Agile environment
• Proven experience leading virtual teams and client engagements

Education Qualifications

• B.Tech / BE / MCA / M.Tech or equivalent
