Principal Consultant- Population Health

Responsibilities

• Leverage expertise in healthcare technology and business processes to support federal clients.
• Consult on population health workflows and drive solution provisioning.
• Support local site education and ensure client interactions.
• Create standardization across the federal program.
• Apply process improvements where necessary.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including at least 2 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, and/or other client-facing or IT solution work experience.
• At least 4+ years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles, including knowledge and experience with Oracle Population Health and/or Oracle Health products.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.
• Effective communication and building rapport with team members and clients.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-starter capable of independently handling tasks and projects.

Basic Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required due to client contracts.
• Able to obtain the appropriate government security clearance card applicable to your position.
