The role is responsible for managing the company's social media presence, developing engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to improve engagement and reach.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Create and publish high-quality content across various platforms
- Analyze social media analytics to inform future strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro)
