Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency
• Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies related to product research and benchmarking studies, system configurations, and assessment of new technologies
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
• Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effectiveness
• Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates
• Understand client business challenges and define transformation roadmaps
• Provide advisory services and recommend business and technology solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
• Conduct workshops, assessments, and solution discussions
• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements, ensuring quality, budget, schedule, and stakeholder expectations are met
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations
• Drive successful program execution across distributed teams
• Support RFPs, proposals, estimations, and solution creation
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Contribute to revenue growth and consulting practice development
• Participate in client presentations and pursuit discussions
• Mentor consultants and project teams
• Build consulting capabilities and reusable assets
• Share domain knowledge and best practices
• Drive innovation, AI adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in playing Account anchor for medium-size accounts
• Program and project management expertise
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Business process transformation experience
• Executive communication and presentation skills
• Domain expertise in one or more industries (Automotive, Manufacturing, etc.)
• Data Strategy and Modern Data Platform consulting
• Databricks and AWS solution architecture
• AI/GenAI and Analytics transformation
• Data Governance and Data Quality programs
• RFP solutioning, estimations, staffing, and executive stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution (or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education)
• 15+ years of industry/consulting experience
• Experience leading large transformation or digital initiatives
• Exposure to cloud, data analytics, AI
• Proven track record in client engagement and business growth
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location
