Principal Consultant, Analytics & AI Governance

Responsibilities

• Design scalable governance frameworks for analytics and AI
• Establish governance operating models and accountability structures
• Advise on strategies that enhance trust and reduce operational risk
• Support the creation of governance councils and Centers of Excellence
• Guide organizations on Responsible AI practices and risk management
• Lead governance workshops with stakeholders across functions
• Define and evolve governance methodologies and best practices

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, governance, analytics, or AI-related fields
• Familiarity with popular analytics platforms like the company, Power BI, and Tableau
• Proven success managing cross-functional governance initiatives
• Experience with Responsible AI principles and data governance frameworks (desirable)
• Experience with large enterprise organizations (preferred)
• Ability to create reusable methodologies or frameworks (strongly preferred)
