Key Responsibilities
- Lead oversight of project finances, budgeting, reporting, and provide technical support for successful delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, staff, and project teams, acting as a liaison across multi-disciplinary engineering teams and external stakeholders.
- Manage client accounts and support new project pursuits, including proposal development and budget management.
- Champion contract management best practices and foster a positive, inclusive team culture that motivates and empowers staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in construction management of large, complex heavy civil engineering projects (transit, ports, highways, etc.).
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience on major infrastructure projects.
- Professional Engineering registration in California preferred
- Certified Construction Manager or Project Management certification preferred.
- Experience with both alternative and traditional project delivery methods is required.

Schedule
