Responsibilities

• Perform a variety technical assignments in the areas of design, development, analysis, evaluation, testing, preparation of specifications, and execution of field tasks and resolution of field problems.
• Lead complex projects.
• Plan and conduct assignments generally involving larger and more complex projects or more than one project simultaneously.
• Provide technical expertise in the identification and resolution of complex problems.
• Develop and recommend procedures and methods.

Preferred Skills

• Create, review and issue design drawings, specifications, engineering change packages (ECNs), and work instructions prior to field execution.
• Aids project engineers or takes the lead in special areas involving equipment repair troubleshooting, instrumentation and preventive maintenance procedures, spare parts, and management of vendors.
• Participates in constructability assessments, hazard reviews, and pre-job briefings.
• Provides onsite engineering presence to verify that construction work complies with approved design and work documents.
• Coordinates technical resolution of field changes, RFIs, and discrepancies; ensures proper involvement of design engineering.
• Maintains accurate redlines and ensures proper configuration management for as-built documentation.
• Supports inspections, testing, and technical acceptance of completed installations.
• Writes project status reports and/or publishes test results.
• Communicates field progress, issues, and safety concerns to the Team Lead and/or Supervisor.
• May perform CAD (computer aided design) design.
• Performs job duties in a safe manner.
• Promotes a safe and healthy workplace by following safety rules.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a technical field.
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• Expert knowledge of related engineering standards, techniques, and criteria.
• Excellent communication skills to comprehend and convey detailed technical data.
• Advanced problem identification and problem resolution skills.
• Leadership characteristics.

Total Rewards Package

• Salary: $109,000 - $148,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses.
