About the role

Join our team as a Sound Designer. You will be responsible for creating immersive audio experiences that enhance storytelling and engage audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Create and refine sound design elements for various media formats including films, games, and virtual reality experiences.
  • Collaborate with directors, producers, and other creative teams to ensure sound design aligns with artistic vision and narrative goals.
  • Utilize advanced software tools to manipulate and edit sound recordings to achieve desired effects.
  • Contribute to the development of sound libraries and assets for future projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Audio Engineering, Film Production, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sound design or related field.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard sound editing software such as Pro Tools, Avid Media Composer, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of audio principles, acoustics, and spatial audio techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications

  • Passion for storytelling and a deep appreciation for audio in media.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with sound design for VR/AR applications is a plus.

Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of sound design principles and techniques.
  • Experience with sound design for film, television, and video games.
  • Understanding of audio post-production processes and workflows.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret audio data to inform creative decisions.

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
