Principal Compliance & Security Engineer

• Opportunity: Doing an AI-first engineering rebuild for a company with an audience of 100M+ people. Zero-to-one build with no legacy constraints, leading to a secure and compliant foundation from the start.
• Mandate: Bridging security engineering and compliance engineering, owning the security architecture and technical compliance posture across multiple products, and ensuring continuous compliance through automation.
• Responsibilities: Setting security standards, threat modeling, vulnerability management, incident response, PCI DSS and SOC 2 audits, translating regulations into engineering work, and influencing through evidence.
