Hazen and Sawyer is seeking an experienced CAD/BIM Designer to join our Atlanta, GA office. In this role, you will collaborate with project managers and process mechanical engineers to produce BIM (Revit) models, families, and contract drawings, while leading the coordination of interdisciplinary interactions and project deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Develop Revit models, families, and contract documents
- Create base files and contract drawings
- Coordinate contract drawing development with multiple disciplines
- Perform BIM model clash detection and resolve conflicts across disciplines
- Train and mentor less experienced designers
- Provide input on CAD/BIM standards and workflows
Requirements
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, including experience creating models, families, and contract drawings
- Experience leading model and contract drawing development, including interdisciplinary clash detection and conflict resolution
- Relevant bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience or an associate degree/technical certification and 7+ years of experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading and coordinating drawing production for small to medium-sized projects
- Experience directing and mentoring less experienced designers
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D
