Principal Business Systems Analyst / Oracle

About the role

This client is a renewable energy company located near Ayer, Massachusetts looking to bring on a Principal Business Systems Analyst for a full-time opportunity. This organization focuses on integrating renewable energy sources while ensuring the reliability and quality of infrastructure. This role is 3 days onsite per week.

Responsibilities

- Work closely with the financial teams to evaluate and plan SaaS platforms. - Take on a high level of ownership over Oracle EBS R12 Financials. - Help drive strategy, systems optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

- 8 + years of experience using Oracle (EBS R12 required). - Strong background in project management. - Experience in a SOX controlled environment. - Understanding of GAAP principles. - Hands-on knowledge of financial processes including AP, GL, AR, and FA. - Experience with financial reporting and data tools. - Project Management Certifications.
