Principal Business Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting for sales activities
• Develop financial models for strategic decisions on P&L drivers
• Work with Sales/Product to evaluate impacts of incentives on revenue
• Oversee monthly and quarterly forecasting and spend management
• Analyze financial results and communicate insights to stakeholders
• Support business planning and assist in setting team targets and OKRs

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A experience
• PREFERRED: Background in a public company or marketplace
• Experience collaborating with Business Development and Sales
• Strong Excel and G-Suite financial modeling skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Capability to translate financial analysis into actionable insights
• Proactive in utilizing AI tools to enhance processes
