Principal Biostatistician/Senior Principal Biostatistician

This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on clinical trial design and regulatory strategies
• Develop and review statistical methods for clinical study protocols
• Perform sample size calculations and validate their accuracy
• Author and critique complex statistical analysis plans
• Review statistical outputs and ensure their correctness
• Generate randomization schedules and oversee their implementation
• Provide statistical findings to Data Monitoring Committees (DMCs)

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Statistics or Biostatistics with 7-12 years of relevant experience
• Broad experience with regulatory submissions
• Extensive client consulting experience on clinical trial design
• Strong expertise in statistical methodologies such as Bayesian and survival analysis
• Sound knowledge of ICH guidelines and FDA regulations
• Proficiency in SAS programming

Pay

$147,300 – $243,000 annually
