Responsibilities
with- each.
Then "Ideal candidate will be:" bullet list of traits. Those could be under Skills or Qualifications? The posting later has Basic Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. The "Ideal candidate will be:" list seems like desired attributes/skills. Could be placed under Skills or Qualifications. Since we have separate sections for Requirements (maybe Basic Qualifications) and Qualifications (Preferred). Also Skills could be separate. But we can combine: Use Requirements for Basic Qualifications, Qualifications for Preferred Qualifications, Skills for the ideal candidate traits. However we need to avoid duplication.
Let's extract Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and paid media campaigns—ideally in a highly regulated financial environment
- At least 3 years of experience in content and creative development
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of social media experience for consumer OR candidate audiences (content creation, social media advertising, or social content strategy)
- 1 year experience adapting social media approach due to impact on Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategy
- Experience working at, or partnering closely with agencies or internal creative teams
- Experience working for a large, highly matrixed or Fortune 100 company
- Experience working on an employer brand, recruitment marketing, or talent acquisition team
- Experience using Sprinklr, Canva, or other social media management tools and platforms
- Project management experience, ability to manage details without losing sight of the broader picture
- Passion for marketing and branding and keeping up with the latest in the social media and digital branding space
- Ability to pivot quickly between tasks and adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines
Then there is a note about sponsorship: "At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position." That's a note; could be placed under Requirements? It's not a qualification but a condition. Could be placed under Requirements as a note. But we might not need a separate section; we could include it in a paragraph under Requirements.
Pay: Salary ranges given for locations: McLean, VA: $120,800 - $137,900 for Principal Associate, Marketing; Richmond, VA: $109,900 - $125,400 for Principal Associate, Marketing. Also note about performance based incentive compensation. Also note about benefits: "Capital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being." Also mention eligibility varies etc. So we have Pay and Benefits content.
Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. There's "This role is expected to accept applications for a minimum of 5 business days." That's about application period, not schedule. No schedule info like full-time/part-time? It mentions full-time annual salaries, part-time prorated. So we could infer full-time schedule but not explicit. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Pay is stated (salary ranges). Benefits is stated (comprehensive benefits). Schedule is not explicitly stated (no mention of hours, remote, etc). So we should not include Schedule section.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (Basic Qualifications + maybe note about sponsorship), Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications), Skills (Ideal candidate will be), Benefits, Pay.
We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. Good.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, accommodation, etc. Remove those.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from the sections we include.
Let's craft HTML.
We'll have:
