Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted client advisor and design leader for healthcare and education projects
• Lead business development efforts, cultivating relationships with healthcare systems, universities, school districts, and community partners
• Drive project vision from concept through delivery, ensuring design excellence and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with firm leadership to grow market presence and strategic opportunities in Indiana and beyond
• Mentor and inspire architectural teams, fostering a culture of design quality and professional growth
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client presentations

Requirements

• Licensed Architect registered in the State of Indiana
• Proven experience as a Principal, Senior Architect, or Market Leader
• Strong background in healthcare and/or education architecture
• Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
• Passion for leadership, collaboration, and growing a practice
• Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills
