Responsibilities
- Develop schematic and complete design solutions in accordance with Hazen design standards
- Cook up multi-disciplinary teams to review and discuss solutions that deliver the design intent in an effective, efficient and productive way
Requirements
- Professional Architectural Degree from an accredited university
- 7-12 years broad-based architectural experience including industrial building design
- Licensed Architect or sitting for exam in Ohio State and National Building Code knowledge
- Experience with budget/schedule/and quality responsibility
- Experience in public bid projects
- Understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability concepts
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit BIM software, AutoCAD, Rendering software, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
