Principal Architect, AI Solutions

For our client, a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space, we are seeking a Principal Architect for AI Solutions to join their team. This role leads work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery.

About the role

You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture for strategic AI initiatives throughout the organization
• Collaborate with business units and engineering to develop scalable AI solution architectures
• Define and evolve architecture standards and guardrails for AI systems
• Evaluate and guide adoption of emerging AI technologies and platforms
• Provide architectural leadership for AI workflows and governance
• Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise security and compliance standards
• Mentor technical leads and contribute to organization-wide technical excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technology leadership roles
• Significant experience designing enterprise-grade AI solutions in production environments
• Deep knowledge of modern AI architecture patterns, particularly LLM-based applications
• Strong architecture background in distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native solutions
• Proven ability to influence senior technical and business stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences

Pay

$215,000 – $300,000 annually
