About the role
Join our dynamic team at Microsoft as a Solutions Architect. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-based solutions using Azure services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and API references.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior members of the team.
- Stay current with industry trends and new technologies in cloud computing and related fields.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development or IT consulting.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex cloud architectures.
- Strong understanding of Azure services and their integration capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure App Services.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins, Terraform, and Git.
- Experience with cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
- Knowledge of other cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud preferred.
Skills
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Good understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
