About the role

Join our dynamic team at Microsoft as a Product Manager. This role focuses on driving product innovation and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product development from concept to launch, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and sales.
  • Define product strategy and roadmap, aligning with company vision and customer needs.
  • Manage product releases, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate product features.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform product decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or related roles.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications

  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Trello, etc.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and product management best practices.
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
  • Experience with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, etc.
