Responsibilities

- Shape market direction and product strategy based on trends
- Drive early adoption and resolve technical barriers for seamless transitions
- Provide technical input on contracts for feasibility and scope alignment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in senior technical sales or workflow consulting
- Proven track record as a 'hunter' in high-value, competitive sales
- Expertise in workflow design and regulatory considerations
- Outstanding communication and consultative selling skills
- Proficient in CRM systems and structured sales processes
- Willingness to travel >50% of the time
