Principal AI Solutions Architect, Customer Success

For our client, we are seeking a Principal AI Solutions Architect, Customer Success to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will guide the design and delivery of AI-enabled solutions that improve customer experience and operational outcomes for enterprise clients. You will partner closely with executives, technical teams, and customer stakeholders to translate business goals into scalable architectures and practical implementation plans. The position also plays a key role in accelerating adoption through proofs of concept, post-launch optimization, and responsible AI practices. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $134,300 – $236,100 annually Responsibilities Lead the delivery of AI solutions that enhance customer experience and operational performance Translate business objectives into scalable AI architectures that support efficiency and ROI Design data integration patterns to enable seamless cross-platform orchestration Align cross-functional stakeholders to drive AI adoption and successful implementation Deliver rapid proofs of concept and minimum viable products Iterate on post-launch AI solutions to improve accuracy and business impact Advise customers on AI architecture and long-term transformation strategies Promote responsible AI practices aligned with security and compliance standards Qualifications 8+ years of experience in CX, CRM, or AI solutions within enterprise environments Expertise in cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP Experience with APIs and modern integration patterns, including REST and JSON Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions Familiarity with conversational AI or AI-enhanced customer experience platforms Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with executives Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Telehealth coverage Flexible work schedules and remote work options Development and career growth opportunities Open Time Off and 10 paid holidays 401(k) matching program Adoption Assistance Fertility treatments Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
