Principal AI Solution Architect - Finance - Remote
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Principal AI Solution Architect to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will shape and deliver high-impact AI solutions that support finance-related business needs across the organization. The position blends solution architecture, hands-on technical contribution, and cross-functional leadership to move ideas from discovery through implementation. The ideal candidate will help translate ambiguous problems into practical requirements, prototypes, and scalable patterns that improve decision-making and delivery. This is a remote opportunity with broad collaboration across technical and business teams. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and design for high-value opportunities across finance and related business domains
- Translate ambiguous business needs into clear product requirements and delivery plans
- Design and contribute to generative AI and agentic solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
- Evaluate technology choices and make practical tradeoffs
- Develop prototypes and production-ready solution components
- Establish reusable solution patterns and reference architectures
- Guide project teams while remaining a hands-on contributor
- Support responsible AI practices and documentation
- Coach leaders in applied AI product development
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technology, analytics, product development, or a related field
- Experience in AI, generative AI, automation, or analytics solutions
- Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements
- Proven leadership in cross-functional solution delivery
- Hands-on development experience with code, low-code, or AI tools
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Pay
Compensation: $164,600 – $282,200 annually
