We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. We need to preserve all substantive information. Include sections only when posting has real specific content. Avoid filler like "commensurate with experience", "not specified", etc. Pay and Schedule sections only if posting actually states them. The posting includes base salary range $96,000-165,000 annually, and mentions hybrid work schedule. So we can have Pay and Schedule sections. Benefits: they mention competitive benefit package including financial, social, health and wellbeing programs, paid vacation, 401k matching, employee stock purchase program, hybrid work schedule, and more! Also mention annual bonus program. So Benefits section. We need sections: About the role (role summary), Responsibilities (Duties & Responsibilities), Requirements (Required Skills & Experience), Qualifications maybe combine with Requirements? The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can decide which to include based on content. We have Required Skills & Experience, Preferred Skills & Experience. Could split into Requirements (required) and Qualifications (preferred) or Skills. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine Required and Preferred into Requirements and Qualifications? Let's think. We have: Role Summary (About the role). Duties & Responsibilities (Responsibilities). Required Skills & Experience (Requirements). Preferred Skills & Experience (Qualifications or Skills). Benefits Info (Benefits). Pay (base salary range). Schedule (hybrid work schedule). Also mention annual bonus program maybe part of Benefits or Pay? Could include in Benefits. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

    for each section heading. Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details from the posting. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes lines like "Itron is committed to building an inclusive and diverse workforce..." and "If you are excited about this role but your past experiences don't perfectly align..." and "Itron is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer." and accommodation contact. Those are EEO boilerplate; we should remove them. Also lines like "Itron is transforming how the world manages energy, water and city services..." at end maybe also boilerplate? It's more about company description but could be considered part of About the role? Already have role summary. Might be considered duplicate. We'll remove that trailing paragraph. Also need to remove duplicated lines: there is repetition of "The successful candidate's starting wage will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience." appears twice; we should keep only once. We need to keep the base salary range and annual bonus program. We need to keep hybrid work schedule. We need to keep benefits: financial, social, health and wellbeing programs, paid vacation, 401k matching, employee stock purchase program, hybrid work schedule, and more! plus annual bonus program. We need to keep the role summary paragraph. We need to keep duties and responsibilities list (many bullet-like sentences). We need to convert them into

      • . The duties are currently a long paragraph with sentences separated by periods. We need to split into list items. We must preserve all substantive information; we can break each sentence into a list item. Ensure we don't lose any detail. Similarly for Required Skills & Experience: list of bullet-like sentences separated by periods. We'll convert each to
      • . Preferred Skills & Experience: also list. We need to avoid creating sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now produce HTML. Structure:

        About the role

        ... role summary paragraph ...

        Benefits

        • Competitive benefit package including financial, social, health and wellbeing programs, paid vacation, 401k matching, employee stock purchase program, hybrid work schedule, and more!
        • Eligible for annual bonus program.

        Pay

The base salary is $96,000-165,000 annually.

        Schedule

Hybrid work schedule (less than 25% travel on average).

We need to include travel note? The posting says "Travel: Less than 25% on average". That's schedule-related. We can include in Schedule section. We should not duplicate hybrid work schedule in Benefits and Schedule; but Benefits already mentions hybrid work schedule as part of benefits. It's okay to mention again? Might be duplication but we can keep both; but better to avoid duplication. However the instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." If we mention hybrid work schedule in Benefits, we still need to convey that info somewhere. It's okay to mention in Benefits and also in Schedule? Might be considered duplication but not invented. Could keep both but maybe better to keep only in Benefits and mention travel in Schedule. However Schedule section should reflect schedule info; we can put hybrid work schedule and travel. Benefits can still mention hybrid work schedule as part of benefits; it's not wrong to repeat but could be considered duplication. The instruction didn't forbid duplication, but said remove duplicated lines. It's ambiguous. Safer to avoid repeating same exact phrase. We can keep hybrid work schedule only in Benefits, and Schedule section can mention travel only. But the posting says hybrid work schedule is a benefit; schedule also includes that. We could put hybrid work schedule in Benefits and mention travel in Schedule. Let's do that. Thus Benefits: list includes financial, social, health and wellbeing programs, paid vacation, 401k matching, employee stock purchase program, hybrid work schedule, and more! plus annual bonus program. Schedule: Travel: Less than 25% on average. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, accommodation, etc. We removed those. Check for any leftover boilerplate
