What You'll Do
- Shape the AI Enablement Strategy
- Develop and maintain a company-wide AI learning roadmap
- Translate business priorities into a phased, practical roadmap
- Partner with AI Brand Leads and business leaders to drive impact
- Drive alignment across stakeholders on adoption priorities, sequencing, and success metrics
- Embed AI into Talent & Culture
- Measure What Matters
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience spanning AI, product, strategy, enablement, learning & development, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience influencing senior leaders and driving cross-functional alignment
- Hands-on fluency with AI tools
- Proven ability to move organizations from awareness to adoption
- Experience working with or enabling technical teams
