Principal AI Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer

About the role

This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in cloud architecture and engineering to IT and business teams
• Collaborate across departments to implement DevOps processes and tools
• Translate technical requirements into business terms for stakeholders
• Create design documentation and present to both technical teams and leadership
• Implement monitoring tools with Reliability Engineering teams
• Navigate the project lifecycle from design to operational transition
• Support troubleshooting and level 3 engineering as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
• 8 years of infrastructure cloud engineering and software engineering experience
• Proven experience leading cloud migrations on Azure/AWS/GCP
• Expertise in automation and cloud application modernization best practices
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise network design and security
• Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools like Splunk and New Relic

Pay

$145,000 – $175,000 annually
