Principal AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Care, and IT leaders to identify high-value AI opportunities.
Lead AI strategy, technical architecture, and implementation of enterprise AI solutions.
Drive adoption of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI-powered workflow automation.
Develop reusable enterprise AI patterns, frameworks, and accelerators.
Establish AI best practices, governance standards, and engineering guidelines.
Lead architecture and deployment of AI-powered customer service solutions and virtual agents.

Experience Required

Deliver production AI/ML solutions at enterprise scale.
Build and deploy customer-facing AI products.
Lead cross-functional initiatives involving business, product, operations, and engineering teams.
