Principal AI Data Architect (Agentic Systems)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end agentic AI and generative AI solutions, taking full ownership from initial concept to production.
• Build scalable data architectures and pipelines optimized for performance, cost, and reliability on AWS.
• Develop LLM orchestration, RAG systems, multi-agent workflows, and supporting data infrastructure.
• Collaborate directly with enterprise clients and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.
• Establish architecture best practices and mentor other data engineers across projects.
• Present technical strategies, trade-offs, and recommendations to Director+ level audiences.
• Leverage modern AI coding assistants daily to improve velocity and code quality.
• Drive MLOps practices including monitoring, versioning, and automated retraining.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data architecture and/or generative AI development.
• Proven track record of delivering complex AI solutions in a client-facing consulting environment.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-native technologies.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly with senior business stakeholders.
• Experience with MLOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
