Principal AI Architect - Lifescience

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leaders on technology strategy
• Lead strategic discussions with technology executives

• Understand architecture development for AI and agent frameworks
• Articulate how the company fits within enterprise AI ecosystems
• Guide critical architecture decisions on AI models and frameworks
• Develop recommendations for scalable enterprise AI adoption
• Advise on AI governance and operationalization strategies
• Translate AI developments into practical business opportunities
• Partner with internal teams to align solutions with customer needs
• Represent the company as a thought leader at industry events

Qualifications

• Extensive experience advising large enterprises on AI adoption and automation
• Strong understanding of enterprise AI ecosystems including cloud services and orchestration technologies
• Ability to evaluate competing technologies and guide architecture decisions
• Experience establishing AI governance frameworks and operating models
• Demonstrated success in engaging executive stakeholders in large organizations
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
• Preferred experience in life sciences organizations
